Safety
Our commitment to a safe worksite — every job, every day.
Safety Is Non-Negotiable
At Patto's Earthworx, the safety of our people, our clients, and the communities we work in is our highest priority. We operate under a comprehensive safety management system that meets and exceeds current WHS/OHS legislative requirements across all our projects — from small residential earthworks to large-scale civil contracts.
Safety Policies & Procedures
We maintain a robust set of site-specific safety policies and procedures that govern every aspect of our operations. All personnel are required to follow documented safe work practices, and our policies are regularly reviewed to reflect current legislation and industry best practice.
WHS / OHS Compliance
Patto's Earthworx is fully compliant with Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation. We conduct regular site audits, toolbox talks, and hazard identification processes to ensure ongoing compliance and a proactive safety culture across all worksites.
Environmental Management
We take our environmental responsibilities seriously. Our team follows established environmental management practices to minimise site disturbance, manage erosion and sediment control, and protect surrounding ecosystems. We work closely with clients and regulators to meet all environmental permit conditions.
Licences & Certifications
All Patto's Earthworx operators hold current and relevant licences and certifications, including Construction Induction (White Card), high risk work licences, and plant operator tickets. Our commitment to proper licensing ensures every machine is operated safely and legally on every project.
Our Commitment to You
Whether you're a principal contractor, developer, or private client, you can be confident that Patto's Earthworx will deliver your project safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with all applicable legislation. Safety isn't a box we tick — it's how we work.
